Expedite development uses practices from organic architecture.  We start with an analysis of the property to be developed.  Once we have an understanding of the natural properties of the site, the building design process begins, and the site features are incorporated into the design.

Company founder Kevin Kleinert has been practicing architecture since 1986. During his professional work prior to forming his own company, he experienced first-hand the additional time and expense in the separation of the design and construction processes. So he developed a more efficient process, forming one entity which provided both services in house. The result is a better product at a reduced cost. Since forming his own design-build process and company, Kevin has been instrumental in the design, development, and management of numerous properties and buildings around the state of Wisconsin and Michigan.
