Can I rent the exact unit in the Photo?  

Exact fixtures and finishings may vary, but are of similar quality.  Finishings such as carpet shade, lighting fixtures or wood tones may have slight variances.

Can I rent a furnished unit?

Furnishings pictured are tenant property, photographed with permission. Units are unfurnished, tenant supplies all their own furniture. Expedite Management does not provide furnishing services.  

Do you allow pets?

Many of the rentals are pet friendly, but there are some limitations.  For instance, our insurance policy does not allow us house certain breeds of dogs such as  pit bulls. And there may extra cleaning fees for pets, upon your moving out.  Please contact us to describe your pet and we can answer specific questions.

Are the properties ok for children?

Our properties are open to all ages and many of our tenants have children.  As with any home, things like stairs and electrical outlets will always be a hazard that parents should be aware of.
